I have been using a nebulizer, with 7% hypertonic saline for almost a year now. I don't cough, so this is supposed to help the bronchiectasis and also the NTM. Is there a method anyone uses for making the mucous come out? I don't have much mucous to cough out! It seems that the nebulizer is a little more effective first thing in the morning, but the other daily session just isn't very productive. Any suggestions?
