Mucinex does not help me clear mucus.
It does dehydrate me.
I drink lots of water and liquids and have deep, racking coughing jags most every day. Some days I cough a lot; some days very little. Most coughing is productive and I automatically swallow whatever is produced. So far mucus is clear, frothy and thin.
